How do the bicycles arrive when ordered online?
Bikes are shipped 95% assembled. We provide all the necessary tools and easy-to-follow video guides so you can be on the road in about 20 minutes.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window. If you aren't completely satisfied with your ride, you can return it in its original packaging for a refund, minus a restocking fee.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every Priority Bicycle comes with a 5-year warranty on the frame and fork, and a 1-year warranty on non-consumable components.
