At Priority Bicycles, we want you to love your ride. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for bikes in new and unused condition.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Bicycle

  Carefully disassemble and repack the bicycle in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and securely attach it to the outside of the original manufacturer's box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our mechanics inspect the returned item to verify its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
